uukk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

By accessing or using the uukk platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the site — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the uukk platform, including registered players, visitors browsing without an account, and any person accessing uukk from within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

• uukk does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to other persons will be returned and may result in account review.

Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically within a few business hours of the request being approved, subject to any applicable verification requirements. uukk shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or events outside uukk's reasonable control.

uukk may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• The uukk welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Standard wagering requirements are applied to bonus funds only, not to original deposits, unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uukk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person to circumvent eligibility restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, scripting tools, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. uukk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the uukk platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability on the uukk platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors will be voided.

uukk employs fraud detection technology and monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, uukk will act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.
